PRICES

We will only deliver our products locally, so you will need to come to our location in person to receive them, and we will give you top priority. In the case of services to be provided at our location, you will need to call with your already placed order number to schedule an appointment. Once we schedule that appointment, you can come with the printed copy of your order and enjoy it without having to pay anything.
Payment for the product can be made through credit or debit card and PayPal.
ORDER FORMALIZATION

DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
Once you receive the communication from xyzcargo.es confirming the receipt of your order, we will work tirelessly to allow you to pick it up or schedule your appointment as soon as possible. In the case of services to be received at our establishment, you have a period of one and a half months to use your printed voucher. If you do not use your service within this period, your voucher will expire, and it will no longer be possible to redeem your online order for the requested service.
The indicated deadlines (if applicable) are estimated, and xyzcargo.es cannot guarantee their exact compliance. However, xyzcargo.es will make its best efforts to meet the indicated deadline(s), making every effort to make deliveries, if applicable, on time. In the event that we become aware that, for any reason, we cannot meet the established deadline, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone, and you may, in such case, cancel your order.
Furthermore, in the event that we cannot fulfill your request within the indicated deadline(s), or if you have any complaints or claims regarding it, please contact us immediately so that we can manage your issue as quickly as possible, and in any case, within 15 days..
WARRANTIES
The products marketed through this website comply with the specifications described on this website. xyzcargo.es guarantees the authenticity of the products offered for sale through this website, and that such products are manufactured and conditioned in accordance with applicable regulations. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, xyzcargo.es will replace or refund the price of the recognized defective product at the time of delivery, following examination by our staff, at no additional cost to you.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return any product purchased on our website within fourteen natural days from the effective receipt of your order, provided that it has not been opened or tampered with. You must indicate this within the specified period by writing to us at the email address info@xyzcargo.es, indicating the order number, the products to be returned, and your phone number for us to contact you as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 15 days.
In this case, xyzcargo.es will refund the full purchase amount, within a period not exceeding 14 natural days, counted from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw. However, the return of the product must always be made in person at our location.
If the withdrawal or revocation occurs before the receipt of the product, you must contact xyzcargo.es directly at our phone number to exercise your right to withdraw or cancel the transaction, which will be carried out at no cost.
Services to be received at our location may be canceled within a maximum of 5 days from the date of the request, with a refund. They are not covered by the return policy for cosmetic products.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel any order request before xyzcargo.es definitively confirms your order. If the order has already been confirmed, you must adhere to the provisions in Clause IX of these Particular Purchase Conditions and the delivery and order acceptance conditions.
If the return of the product is due to any defect, error, or damage detected in it, you can demand a full refund of the product’s price or its replacement with another of identical characteristics from xyzcargo.es.
You can access and view your invoice directly on this website. Invoices related to your orders will be available online for a period of 5 days from the date of the order request.

RESPONSIBILITY
